Your provider asks what you have eaten, how long this has gone on, and what other symptoms you have, then examines you and runs on-site urine and blood tests when they help. We also tell you how to ease back into eating and drinking at home.

Walk in to any of our three locations and you are usually seen within about ten minutes. Testing, IV fluids, and medication happen in the same visit. We accept most major insurance and offer fair cash pricing.

What you can do at home
Once the worst passes, take small, frequent sips of water or an electrolyte drink rather than large amounts at once, and ease back into bland foods like toast, rice, and bananas. Rest, and avoid greasy or heavy meals until your stomach settles.

Go to the emergency room for blood in your vomit, vomit that looks like coffee grounds, severe or constant stomach pain, a stiff neck with fever, signs of severe dehydration such as dizziness, a racing heart, and no urination, vomiting after a head injury, or vomiting during pregnancy that will not stop. Yes. We have IV hydration on site, which is the fastest way to treat dehydration from a stomach bug or food poisoning.
How do I stop throwing up?
Take small, frequent sips rather than big drinks, and rest your stomach. If it will not stop, we can give anti-nausea medication and fluids during a visit.
What are the signs of dehydration?
Dry mouth, dizziness, dark urine or not urinating, a racing heart, and feeling very tired are common signs. Severe dehydration needs prompt treatment.
