[icon type="clock-o"]I visited your south Dixie Highway location because I had a splinter in my hand that was too deep for me to get out. I called and the adminsitrative assistant was friendly and professional and gave me an appointment time for an hour after I called. When I came into the office I was greeted by Ariana(?), who was the woman I spoke to on the phone. I was taken back to an examining room within a few minutes of coming in. Within a few minutes after being in the room PA Aditi Ramchariter came in and introduced herself to me. She assesed the situation and said she could take care of my hand. She was very friendly, professional and knowldegeable. She made me feel confident in her ability to treat my hand, telling me exactly what she was going to do to get the splinter out, once an X-ray was taken. The procedures she followed were exactly how she explained they would be and within a few minutes of numbing my hand she was able to find the splinter and extract it. The entire time she was working to extract the splinter she was talking to me and telling me what she was doing. She then bandaged my hand and had a prescription called into the pharmacy for me. I was in and out in less than an hour. Extremely positive experience and impressed with your adminstrative staff and extremely impressed with PA Ramchariter. My hand is back to normal. I would highly recommend your clinic to everyone. THANK YOU!!!
